coronary artery segmentation from cardiac CT

hi every I am a beginner in matlab. I wanna know, is there any solution to segment coronary arteries from cardiac ct scan volume in matlab?

yes sure.
the yellow and red ROI's are Descending and Ascending Aorta's respectively, and the green is superior vena cava.
there are some arteries lile RCA and LAD and PA that are not mentioned in this image

That section is cephalad to the coronary ostia. You will only be able to see the coronary arteries in more caudad sections.
