Forecasting temperature and other variables with respect to time

hello everyone,

I have this project I want to work on i dont know machine learning and how to forecast and have been searching alot of methods but i dont understand where to start or what technique to use.. I have a dataset which i collect from different sensors [temperature, CO2, humidity]. now i want to predict the these variables value for the next 2 hours using machine learning..i tired searching for linear regression but i am unable to understand where to start and what is best for it.. also the dataset i made is a time series data.. i have atteched a picture of the data. if any one can help me get started or tell me how it works it will be great.
