How can i create fitness function for ANFIS model to determine best Member function and number.

I want to create hybrid system of ANFIS and Genetic Algorithm but I am new to Matlab and Genetic Algorithm. I don't know how to create the Genetic Algorithm and fitness function. Can anybody please help me to create this and help me to hybridize the ANFIS with it?
