Hi, Soumya Sinha.
The inverter in "power_PVarray_250kW" is a conventional three-phase PWM 3-level IGBTs Bridge with DC-AC conversion ability. The input DC is an optimized DC by P&O MPPT to get maximum power from solar panel. There are generally five major elements:
(1) MPPT controller: P&O MPPT ensures maximum power extraction at DC-DC converter level.
(2) VDC Regulator: Regulate the active current reference for the current regulator.
(3) Current Regulator: Produce the required voltage reference for PWM generator of inverter based on current reference d-axis and q-axis (Id and Iq).
(4) PLL and Measurement Scopes: To synchronize the inverter with the grid and measure the parameters.
(5) PWM Generator: Drive the switching devices (IGBTs) by generating firing signal based on the generated reference voltage from current regulator.
