Why polar plot is not circular like this?

I tried to plot data by polarplot function and it keeps looking like this..
However, when I plot these data in some other program it really looks nice like this..

I suspect a degrees vs radians problem

Yes, it turns out that I should convert theta into the radians. Thank you.
