Hi,
I am using roipoly to do image segmentation.
The cursor size automatically generated by roipoly is a little too big.
I was wondering if there is anyway to shrink the size of the cursor when selecting ROI? I am doing medical image segmentation so may need a little bit more precision.
Thanks.

See if you can edit roipoly.m and save it out as a new function. First:
>> edit roipoly.m
Then do your changes to change the cursor size. Then do a "Save Copy As..." and call it roipolySmallCursor.m or whatever you want, then in your code call roipolySmallCursor() instead of roipoly().

I don't know exactly. You have to keep drilling down by typing control-D over the functions, like through createWaitModePolygon(), then into roiPolygon, etc. until you find some function that deals with the cursor size.
