is m=1, n=2, p=2, q=2
A = vector of length n (2), a(1:n) -> a(1:2)
B = vector of length p-n (2-2), a(n+1:p) -> a(3:2) -> empty
C = vector of length m (1), b(1:1) -> b(1)
D = vector of length q-m (2-1), b(m+1:q) -> b(2:2) -> b(2)
With the entire vector a being [1 1], and the entire vector b being [1 1], then we get
A = a(1:2) = [1 1]
B = []
C = b(1) = [1]
D = b(2) = [1]
leading to the call
meijerg([1 1], [], [1], [1], z)
