How to create sum block like this (photo) on simulink?

I have difficalities designing the sum block on simulink like the pictures.
could please anyone help!!

See the add block: https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2020a/simulink/slref/add.html. However, if you want to connect signals from arbitrary directions, it is still not supported in Simulink. Simulink itself decides where the input and output port will be placed relative to the block's sides.
