incorrect value in output voltage of DCM-mode buck converter

The DCM-mode buck converter with specifications R=2100, duty cycle=.298, L=1e-3 should theoriticaly output 3 V. however it settles at 3.4 V everytime. There are always such random offsets for any specified Vout.
I tried tweaking the parameters of other blocks like mosfet and diode, but to no avail. Anyone please? It's urgent.
