Framing or overlapping segmentation of EMG Signal

I have an EMG SIGNAL AND I WANT TO PERFORM OVERLAPPING SEGMENTATION ON THIS SIGNAL USING A 200-MILLISECOND DATA WINDOW WITH A 50-MILLISECOND INCREMENT. THE SAMPLING FREQUENCY IS 2048.
I am doing it because after this step i have to extract time domain features from each window for further classification.
