Hello everyone.
I have the 2D digital hologram that contains all-in-focus of particle. Then I know the distance Z, that is depth information. I would like to ask that how can I display it to 3D profile.
This figure refer to "Four-dimensional motility tracking of biological cells by digital holographic microscopy" that is the journal of biomedical optics. By a. is the digital hologram, b. is amplitude image, c. is all-in-focus intensity profile, and d. is depth position profile.
In figure e. is three-dimensional profile. In this journal, they said that the combination of all-in-focus intensity profile (c.) and the correspoding depth map (d.) can produce the 3D visualization of particles. But I don't understand the way to do it.
I would like to display my digital hologram to 3D profile like in figure (e.).
I don't strong in the code that related to 3D volume, 3D shape, etc. If you know the way to do, please suggest to me.
Thank you very much.

The x and y are the plane of ccd sensor that hologram was recorded similar to figure (a.) The z is depth position.
