Blocks are not shown on simulink page.

I have blocks in the library but unable to add them in simulink.
I clicked on the block in library browser and a page was shown to change the values of variables then I clicked on ok, but nothing happened the block is not showing in simulink page.

Drag and drop the block from library to the canvas of your Simulink model, then double click and set the parameters.
