Using MATLAB network named licenses on shared server

I have access to a shared ubuntu server used among few people. I was looking into getting a MATLAB network named license and install it on that server.
Since the license is associated with only the MAC address of the server, I was wondering the following:
1) Can I install MATLAB network named license on such a server?
2) Will all the users of the server have access to MATLAB?
