Hi, I want to purchase o toolbox (signal processing) but it seems that we need to buy it with a credit card, is there any other way? Another question is that if it is possible to make a toolbox to be valid to several licenses?

Businesses and educational institutions can (normally) use Purchase Orders.
Individuals, businesses, and educational institutions can (normally) use cheques. Cheques beyond a certain amount might have to be certified. My bank typically recommended using a Money Order instead of a Cheque for $1000 or more.
I do not know how many people at Mathworks are there to receive the mail and open cheques.
It would not surprise me if these days PayPal could be used, but I have not seen that listed.
If I recall correctly, MATLAB itself can be purchased through Amazon, but I do not recall seeing individual toolboxes there.

Yes, in the case of Network licenses, you can have pools of toolbox licenses available to be served to network license users. Licenses are borrowed from the pool as soon as anyone uses a feature from the toolbox, and the licenses are not given back to the pool until the user exits MATLAB (or the user's connection to the license server expires without being able to reach the user.)
The process requires running a Network License Server. (In some situations, there is a Mathworks Hosted License Server that can be used, but I do not know what arrangements need to be made for that.) If you are working remotely, that would generally require that people be using VPN back to the license server.
You should probably be talking to your local sales office. I suspect that Gothenberg is closed to you, but I am not sure they handle sales; you might need to talk to the Kista office.
