Is it okay to stop early training of Neural network?

Hi there
I am getting a training graph of NN after 50 epochs, as shown below. Along with a problem of diffrent accuracy every time (Despite of rng default the problem is not resolved), I am not getting how to stop it at best validation accuracy. Can anybody help?
