I'm installing matlab 2017a silently and the installer stops on License manager

Greetings,

I'm installing matlab 2017a silently using the installer_input file and the installer stops on the Product Selection window with only "License manager" displayed with a checkbox (unchecked). The installer_input file has all the products commented out in order to install all the products. I've also tried setting lmgrfiles and lmgrService both to false yet the installer still stops on this screen.

I don't need the License Manager. Trying to get the silent install to bypass this prompt

Has anyone seen this before?
