Cannot program board Uno (COM2). Please make sure the board is supported and the port and board type are correct.

The writing to the icon is : You must specify one and only one sketch file

In some of the older versions, autodetection of UNO did not work, and you needed to explicitly give the 'uno' option to arduino()

Does your home directory name happen to include spaces or non-English characters? Did you happen to install MATLAB in a non-default directory ?
