How do I change the font size of the axes in a stacked plot?

Is there some equivalent to set(gca, 'FontSize',xy)?

Use the stackedplot handle.

h = stackedplot(T); 
h.FontSize = 12; 

% or 
set(h, 'FontSize', 12)

If you don't have access to the stackedplot object and you have a really good reason why it's impossible to add the handle output to the stackedplot function, you can get the handle using,

h = findobj(gcf,'type','stackedplot');
