There is no close, min, and max bottoms on the top right hand side of the Matlab GUI

Hi! Normally the min, max and close buttons will show up on the desktop title bar. Can you share your OS details and MATLAB release?

Also,can you provide a detailed explanation of how this issue has arised so that we can replicate the issue?
