Insert 2-D lookup table data as matrix

Hello Guys,
I am trying to insert the breakpoints for 2D lookup table as matrix in simulink? However I can't find a way to do so.
According to my knowledge the breakpoint shall be vectors which I have done before, However the all the data I have is matrices and It will be very helpful if you could help me build the lookup table using these matrices.
