How to replace numeric coefficients with symbolic coefficients ?

P=0.4*x+tanh(0.5*y)*7
how can I obtain an equation like this where every numeric coefficient is replaced by a symbolic coefficient ?
P=k1*x+tanh(k2*y)*k3
