I am doing one paper that is percetual video encryption.I did the encryption with random permutation with DCT.Now trying for visual quality control of video.If different compression ratio s provided the decrypted video s same.no difference.

I am doing one paper that is percetual video encryption.I did the encryption with random permutation with DCT.Now trying for visual quality control of video.If different compression ratio is provided the decrypted video s same.no difference is obtaining.How can i control the quality of encrypted video.?
