I have a text file and I'd like to create a matrix with some especific numbers that appear on the text file

I have something like this:

And I need to save the latitudes as lines and longitudes as columns. Each 81 numbers are longitudes associated to a latitude (e.g. lat=35.0, lon= from the first 70 to last 68). So I should have a matrix 55x81 (there's several latitudes).

How should I start it?

Yes it is, but I don't know how to make the script. I think it might have to be with the function "readlines" and than the function "str2num" so I can save the characters into an array but I'm not sure.
