area of the Circle

Hello..:) my problem is to get the area of the circles. I know coordinates of circles center'. here is my image.

any very grateful for those who are helping me please help me by giving ur idea or suggestion for the coding..thx for ur time.

Do you want just the yellow, or the surrounding white as well?

yellow is circles center.

You might need something like watershed to find the boundaries of the touching circles. Or perhaps you can use imfindcircles() https://www.mathworks.com/help/images/ref/imfindcircles.html
