Integrate Triple Integrals with Simpson's 1/3 Rule

How can I integrate a triple integral without the use of quad or dblquad? Example:
integral of int from -4 to 4 of int from 0 to 6 of int from -1 to 3 of (3x^4 + xyz)dz dy dx
