HOW TO CALCULATE THE TOTAL COUNTS PIXEL USING BINARIZE

Hi all,
i try use the Gradient Weight segmentation funtion (as script).
I binarize it. Only got the volume (T1) like below. Means 178 multiply by the volume of one voxel(0.1ml) = 17.8 ml.
Can someone help me how to get the total counts, mean count, max count inside the volume??

this is what i mean the origional my gray image.
as you can see in this picture, there is counts in every pixel such as in picture, 2984.
So, I want to know the total counts in whole volume that i binarize.

total_counts = sum(T1.Area)
mean_count = mean(T1.Area)
max_count = max(T1.Area)

all the answer is sum of the voxel. not counts inside the voxel
what i need is max count on that volume, let example the max count is 3210
then the total count is 11297
the sum voxel is 270
then the mean count is 11297 divided by 270
