The dB to linear signal conversion of SNR is not correct in the code it should be Positive, please check. What are the changes required for implementation for SCFDMA case for SRS frequency offset which is placed alternatively in single last symbol in LTE subframe.

The frequency offset method considers the normalized frequency offset which will estimate for the range of +/- 0.5. The algorithm works fine for all the range values within the range for all snr values.
