there are some mistakes in the code:
1- you have repeated the same TDMSE_LMMSE in the following commands;
TD_ChEstMMSE(ii)=TDMSE_LMMSE/MC;
TDD_ChEstMMSE(ii)=TDMSE_LMMSE/MC;
2- there is no difference between TDDMSE_LMMSE&TDQabsMSE_LMMSE because you use the same qhat in both cases
