OQAM pre-processing has two operations:
First operation is complex to real conversion, where the real and the imaginary parts of a QAM complex valued symbol
Note that complex to real conversion increases the sample rate by factor 2
Second operation is the multiplication by θ in order to maintain orthogonal symbols
