DiABlO is a joint optimization framework based on Matrix factorization model. It is intended to introduce diversity in suggestions made by the RS so as to keep user engaged as well as improve visibility of items. The demo file shows variation in accuracy of model (measured in terms of precision) and associated diversity measures (aggregate diversity, individual diversity and novelty) for a subset of Movielens dataset.
The code is associated with the paper under submission in Information Sciences Journal.
