This function is based upon Suh-Radcliffe's equation.
It allows to evaluate 2 positions of mobile hinges (X1,Y1) and (X2,Y2) of a four-bar linkage,
when are known:

3 passage positions (x1,y1,x2,y2,x3,y3)
2 angles between pos. 1-2 and 1-3 (th12,th13)
2 positions of the fixed pivot (X0,Y0) (X0_1,Y0_1)
