首先利用傅里叶变换对于原始声音信号进行频谱分析
然后改变音频的采样率，以达到音频变速播放的目的
然后将原信号中高频部分响度全部置零，以达到去除高频部分的效果
最后将原音频信号中的响度提取为数组作为密钥保存起来，并将加密音频中的响度信息抹除，以达到使用密钥加密音频的目的
