Squirrel_Cage_Induction_Motor

Using the given parameters, this program designs a Delta Connected 3 Phase Squirrel Cage Induction Motor and find out the Stator Core Dimensions, Number of Stator Slots and Winding Turns and also draws the Speed Torque Characteristics. The parameters are tunable. Present Values used as an example are: H.P = 30 Frequency = 50 Voltage = 440 RPM = 960 SEL = 25000 SML = 0.46 P.F. = 0.87 Full Load Efficiency = 87% Stator resistance = 0.641 Stator reactance = 1.106 Rotor resistance = 0.332 Rotor reactance = 0.464 Magnetization branch reactance = 26.3 The torque-speed characteristic are calculted for many slips between 0 and 1. The first slip value is set to 0.001 instead of exactly 0 to avoid divide-by-zero problems.
