Routh-Hurwitz table for discrete and continuous time systems.
This function computes the energy of a stochastic signal, which is the integral of its spectral density function (also its variance):
for continuous time, and
for discrete time systems.
Moreover, this function calculates and outputs the Routh-Hurwitz table of the system.
