In the algorithm, a scenario is considered in which a satellite has to transfer from a non coplanar circular LEO to circular GEO.

In the algorithm, a scenario is considered in which a satellite has to transfer from a non coplanar circular LEO to circular GEO and with the help of PSO, the change in velocity is minimized w.r.t the time taken and the change in inclination angle at perigee.
