Problems signing in?
Why are you asking for my email address?
Your email address is used as both your sign in id and your address for electronic communications with MathWorks. Licensed users should use an address associated with their company or university as this is the address where you will receive passcodes, product updates, etc.
What do I do if I forgot my MathWorks Account password?
If you forgot your MathWorks Account password, request a new one. Instructions for creating a new password will be emailed to you immediately.
I entered my email address and password. Why won't it sign me in?
The error message that is displayed when you attempt to sign in with your email address and password should describe the problem. If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it at any time.
How do I find out if I have a MathWorks Account?
If you can't remember whether you have an account with MathWorks, check to see if you have already created a new MathWorks Account password. If you get an error message, it means an account doesn't exist for that email address. If you are certain you had an account in past, contact Customer Service and someone will assist you.
What do I do if I request a new password but never get an email?
It's possible that you have a firewall that prevents MathWorks from sending you email. It's also possible that there has been a problem with the system at MathWorks. Please try again and if you still don't receive an email, contact Customer Service and someone will assist you.
