To create 3D scenes in RoadRunner, you can start by adding roads. This module describes how to create, chop, join, and change road elevation.

- Create, bend, extend, or merge roads using the Road Plan Tool.
- Divide a road into customizable segments using the Road Chop Tool.
- Change a road's height using the 2D Editor, Attributes pane, or Road Height Tool.

- Create a traffic circle or roundabout using the Road Circle Tool, then connect roads to it.
Tip: Junctions form automatically when a road connects to a road circle.
- Use the Slip Road Tool to create an exit ramp from one road to another road.
