2. Using Camera Controls
RoadRunner lets you create and modify 3D environments that can span many kilometers or miles. Its interactive camera controls let you quickly navigate large 3D spaces. This module describes the fundamentals of camera controls in the RoadRunner scene editing environment.
Summary
- Click the V key to center the camera to where the cursor is currently placed.
- Hold the Alt key with combinations of mouse buttons to adjust camera rotation, zoom, and location.
- Use the scroll wheel on your mouse as an alternative way to control zoom and horizontal camera motion.
- Use the View menu and icon shortcuts on the right-hand corners of the canvas provide additional camera controls.
