Hybrid Work Model

As a Software Engineer in Test on the Infrastructure and Architecture Team, you will design and implement automated tests for test frameworks and tools used by internal and external MATLAB / Simulink users and incorporate them into the continuous integration system. You will participate in every phase of software development; from feature inception to its final release.

Responsibilities

Design test plans and test procedures
Develop automated test tools, test infrastructure and tests
Develop performance tests tools and performance tests
Report defects
Investigate and debug failures
Work with others to resolve failures
Qualification of new platforms, architectures, OS versions, compilers

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is required.

Additional Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science or other related engineering fields with 1-2 years of experience is a must
Proficiency in any one of the following languages: Java (or) JavaScript, MATLAB, C, C++
Familiarity with Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
Good communication and time-management skills.

Plusses

Experience with Perl, Python, Go, JavaScript, etc.
Exposure to multiple platforms, architectures, and compilers
Experience with Test Automation
Familiarity with continuous integrations system
Experience with MATLAB and/or MathWorks products
