IMAGE PROCESSING-DETECTING RED AND BLUE SPOTS

Hey there ... can anyone help me with detecting red and blue spots in side a hexagon ? i have a hexagon with white background and it has few red and blue small circles inside. i want to get their coordinates and store them in a variable according to XY plane..can anyone help ? thnks in advance !

Set a lower threshold on the red or blue channel and an upper on the other two
blueish_mask = rgb(:,:,3)>(rgb(:,:,1)+20)&rgb(:,:,3)>(rgb(:,:,1)+20);
[y x] = find(blueish_mask)
