When I build a Simulink Model with the system target file "TwinCat.tlc" I get the error: " Invalid MEX-file..." Is there a path problem?

Error: C:\Matlab\R2011b\toolbox\stateflow\stateflow\sf.mexw32': Das angegebene Modul wurde nicht gefunden.
