How to Load a simple "hello world" dll file into matlab?

Hello people, I have matlab 2010b 32 bits ,i wanted to load a simple dll to matlab but it didnt work ( i tried it in visual c++ and it worked), please anyone can help me ? here are all the files and thnx :)
