Matlab cftool GUI - Labelling the Axis and customizing the colour of the plot points

I enter the GUI and plot the data points manually.
Is there a way for labelling the Axis (like 'x' and 'y') and customizing the colour of the plot points (red, green etc), from the GUI of cftool toolbox ?
