Not enough for us to go on. You'll need to attach your images and indicate what you consider to be the ROI, and what you consider to be the background image. What form is your ROI in? A list of x,y coordinates of the outline of it? A binary image? What exactly does "combine" mean? Do you want to paste the ROI from the first image onto the second (background) image?
