which is the best suited target language compiler for Texas Instrument TMS320LF2407A?

I have to convert .mdl file into ANSI C codes, which is to be further converted into hex code using code composer studio into hex file and finally burned into Texas Instrument TMS320LF2407A. While converting .mdl file into C codes using embedded coder of matlab i have to select a target language compiler. currently i am using ert.tlc but was not sure about the same, so kindly clarify the same.
