How can I estimate distribution fitting parameters (Gumbel Max and Exponential) using PWM method? (is there a particular tool)?

I have used Maximum Likelihood method in order to estimate the fitting parameters (for gumbel max and exponential) and I would like to also use the PWM method but I cannot find the tool for that. Can anybody help me out??? Thank you.
