how will i get position of a object in a frame?

I want to draw a path of a object's movement,for that i need to know the position of the object in each frame.Can anyone HELP plz?

This is going to be fairly difficult for you to do, as ultra-sound bounces off of hard surfaces. None the less, you could possibly make some progress by detecting phase changes in your solitons. I am worried, though, that you might have problems tracking down drivers for the data acquisition board you are going to have to find to handle a bandwidth sufficiently high.
