Assigning number 0.0000 to uitable's first row * third column (1*3) which is already placed in GUI without input.

% I have a blank uitable in GUI. Column one is uneditable, other are editable.

I need to place 0.0000 in its first row *third column (1*3) and make this cell uneditable while

others are editable when I run the codes. I mean when I run the codes uitable needs to look as I placed 0.00000 in its first row * third column instead of empty.
