I am hvg a program of 15 files. Each time I am running all the files to run my program. How can i make it as 1 file program?

I wrote an program for RPF in MATLAB and it contains 15 files(15 methods). I am calling each file(functions or methods) in one main file. Anyway i need to run all the 15 files each time to run the program. Its too complicated. How can i have all the codes in under one method so that i can run it easily.

create one m file where you will call all your m-files
file1
file2
...
