Is there a Linux GUI debugger that works for mex files.

I know how to use GDB to debug mex files, but I prefer visual debuggers. Is there a visual/GUI debugger for Linux which will work for mex files, i.e. like Visual Studio on Windows? I am aware there is a similar existing question about using Eclipse, but a solution was not given.
